In recent years, with the rapid development of the plastic industry and the continuous improvement of universality and rubber products in terms of compressive strength and accuracy, the application scope of plastic sheet products is also constantly developing. And all kinds of specialized tools and products used in daily production, manufacturing, and daily life, from the base of CNC lathes and the overall body shell to the shell of a embryo head screw, button, and various electrical products, are closely related to molds.

The appearance of the mold determines the appearance design of this product, and the production and processing quality and accuracy of the mold also determine the quality of this product. Due to the differences in materials, shapes, specifications, and main uses of various products, molds are divided into non plastic molds such as forging molds, forging molds, die-casting molds, stamping molds, and plastic molds.

General definition of molds: In industrial production, various press machines and commonly used tools installed on the press are used to make metal or non-metallic materials into the required shape of parts or products based on working pressure. These commonly used tools are commonly referred to as molds. The entire injection molding process indicates that molds are a specialized tool for producing and manufacturing plastic products. It consists of several parts in one part, which contain a forming die core.

During injection molding, the mold is clamped onto a plastic machine, and molten plastic is introduced into the forming mold core and cooled and shaped in the cavity. Then, the left and right molds are separated, and the product is ejected from the mold core through injection system software. The mold is then closed for the next injection molding process, and the entire injection molding process is carried out in a cyclic system.

The general classification of molds can be divided into plastic molds and non plastic molds. Non plastic molds include forging molds, forging molds, stamping molds, die-casting molds, etc. For example: forging die tap, cast iron service platform, forging die vehicle body, stamping die electronics, die-casting die superalloy, etc.

Plastic molds are further divided into injection molding molds for TV casings, computer keyboard buttons, blow inspection molds for mineral water bottles, conversion molding molds for plastic power switches, scientific research ceramic bowls and plates, migration molding molds for integrated circuit chip products, extrusion processing molds for strong rubber tubes, and plastic bags based on the production process and product manufacturing differences.

Injection molding is a widely used method in plastic granulation. This method is applicable to all thermosetting plastics and a portion of polyurethane elastomers. The total number of plastic products produced is inferior to other forming methods. As one of the key specialized tools for injection molding production and processing, injection molding molds also determine the company's responsiveness and speed in market demand.
